Our Place is a 45-minute one-act play by Terry Gabbard performed by 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade Yoh Players for the Vermont One-Act Festival.

A humble dock on a small lake becomes the setting for five heartfelt stories about love, family, and self-discovery. Couples, families, and siblings each connect with the dock in their own way, facing challenges, moments of joy, and realizations about themselves and their relationships. As their lives intertwine, the dock becomes more than just a place—it symbolizes the shared human experience of connection and belonging. The play closes with a poetic epilogue, where the ensemble reflects on the bittersweet and profound meaning of "Our Place."
